Welcome to New Direction Dog Training (“NDDT,” “we,” “us,” or “Company”). By enrolling in any of our services or programs, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and NDDT.

1. Disclaimer
-The information, techniques, and recommendations provided by NDDT are for informational and educational purposes only.
-Our guidance is not a substitute for veterinary, medical, legal, or behavioral advice from a qualified professional. -Always consult your veterinarian or other qualified expert for health or safety concerns.
-Reliance on any training advice or materials provided by NDDT, its trainers, employees, contractors, or any third parties is solely at your own risk.
-Results vary based on factors such as breed, age, temperament, health, and consistency of practice.

2. Program Overview
-Our services—including group classes, private sessions, online courses, and digital resources—are designed to train focus, reliability, and confidence in dogs through positive, science-backed methods.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment
-Clients must be at least 18 years old.
-Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of communicable conditions.
-By enrolling, you confirm you and your dog are physically and mentally able to participate.
-Our programs do not replace professional veterinary or behavioral intervention.

4. Payment & Refund Policy
-Fees are due in full at the time of booking, or according to a mutually agreed payment plan.
-All payments are non-refundable, except if NDDT cancels the program or session.
-If on a payment plan, timely payments are required to maintain your enrollment.

5. Scheduling & Attendance
-You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
-To reschedule a private session, notify us at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% session fee applies.
-Group-class cancellations less than 72 hours before start forfeit 50% of the fee; no-shows forfeit the full fee.

NDDT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or credit.

6. Client Responsibilities
-Implement provided strategies and exercises consistently.
-Follow all safety guidelines, keep your dog under control (leash, crate, or carrier), and clean up after your dog.
-Ensure your dog’s environment is safe and free of hazards during training.
-Honest, respectful, and cooperative behavior is required; disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Confidentiality & Media
-Personal and dog-specific information shared during sessions is confidential, except as required by law.
-Sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes only with prior notice; you may opt out at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
-All course materials, videos, worksheets, and digital content are the sole property of NDDT.
-Clients may use materials for personal training purposes only; reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
-NDDT, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your or your dog’s participation.
-You agree to indemnify and hold NDDT harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your dog’s behavior or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination of Agreement
-NDDT may terminate a Client’s participation for violation of these terms or unsafe behavior.
-Clients may withdraw at any time; however, no refunds will be issued after withdrawal.

11. Governing Law & Amendments
-These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
-NDDT may update these terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting to our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing current terms prior to booking.
