Terms & Conditions

We provide dog training education, lesson programs, group classes, virtual coaching, and related digital content. Specific deliverables, durations, and prices are described on the page for each program.

When you enroll in a paid program, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we never store full payment card details on our servers.

Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via your account or through the contact form.

For in-person and virtual lessons, please give at least 48–72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made inside that window may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

For digital programs (downloads, recorded courses, ebooks), refunds are handled case-by-case. Reach out within 30 days of purchase if you’re unhappy and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For your dog’s safety and the safety of others, dogs participating in any in-person training must be up to date on core vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, bordetella as age-appropriate). You agree to provide proof of vaccination on request and to keep your dog home if they are showing symptoms of illness.

You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times during in-person sessions. You agree to follow safety instructions from the trainer, keep your dog leashed when required, and not bring a dog with a history of aggression to a group class without prior discussion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Direction Dog Training, its trainers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your dog’s behavior during or after a session.

Training outcomes vary based on factors including breed, age, temperament, health, and the owner’s consistency of practice. We make no guarantees that any specific behavior will be eliminated or any specific skill mastered within a set timeframe. Our guidance is not a substitute for veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice from qualified professionals.

All written materials, videos, course content, and brand assets are owned by New Direction Dog Training and provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without our written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment in cases of unsafe behavior, non-payment, abuse of staff, or violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will refund unused, prepaid sessions on a pro-rata basis.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
