Part 1 — Stop the jumping
Why dogs jump (it's almost always reinforcement, not dominance) and the four-step protocol to make a calm greeting the new default. Includes the visitor script for the doorbell.

Part 2 — Quiet the barking
Diagnose the bark first — alert, demand, fear, frustration. The fix depends on the cause. We walk through the tree and give you a protocol for each branch.

Part 3 — End the biting (mouthing)
For puppies, mouthing is normal — but it has to be channeled. The 'bite then no bite' game and the cue 'gentle' that lets your dog know when teeth are okay and when they aren't.
